Launch of 2Times Ann at Berlinale

This year’s Berlinale International Film Festival, in Berlin, couldn’t have been better:  2Times Ann, the project developed in Norway by WeNeedMoreData in collaboration with House of GINA, is being screened tonight!

Two girls, two cities, one myth: somewhere in the world you can find your double! 2Times Ann is an exciting new online series about the mysterious lives of two girls, Ann Tang and Ann Weiss, and their quest for their double. A fictional webseries targeting girls and airing 3 times a week, where you too can play a role, by helping both Ann’s solve the mysteries through the community platform.

Could there be a better way to celebrate the 1st year anniversary of the House than a screening at the Berlinale? Sexy is the word of the day, with a trailer that has been warmly welcomed in the German capital! Happy Valentine’s day! ♥

Vision for House of GINA

The official opening of House of GINA is coming up on October 8th, with a soirée full of extravaganza. Jorge Alves Lino and Michael Cruz Restrepo, the creative directors of House of GINA, were interviewed today by the TAC TV to give an overview of what they envision for the House’s future. ♥

The birth of House of GINA

The House of GINA was born today. House of GINA is a creative house that aims at creating meaningful, exciting and unforgettable experiences within happenings, where guests are invited to explore new concepts through the experience of intriguing and beautiful products: a living catalogue.

In contrast with the traditional experience of acquiring interior products in a store, products are brought to life to be directly experienced in context and location, letting customers fall in love with them. The developing aesthetic comes from a desire to bring storytelling and theater in the integration and interplay between interior architecture, furniture/interior products and fashion. Interiors are treated as organic, growing ecosystems in which the rug might creep out of the wall, a lamp might transform into a coffee table and a room divider might become a dress. In it, people are seduced to interact and integrate themselves and find new meaning: the birth of a new aesthetic, the birth of a new lifestyle.

The House has its headquarters in the monumental building Lichttoren (the iconic Philips Light Tower), in the Dutch techno-city of Eindhoven, and its studio/workshop at the multidisciplinary TAC Temporary Art Centre. ♥
